    1. What is Phoenix Sculpt's return policy?

      • We offer a 5-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for assistance.
    2. When will my order be shipped?

      • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday and shipped within the next week. Please note that the day an order ships does not count as a transit day.
    3. What shipping methods do you use?

      • We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) from our location in Atlanta, GA. Our shipping services cover all 50 U.S. states, and we follow standard shipping methods provided by USPS.
    4. Can I request expedited shipping?

      • While we do our best to accommodate shipping requests, we cannot guarantee same-day expedited shipping, especially if an order is placed on hold for review. Please plan accordingly and reach out to our customer service for assistance.
    5. Why does my order still say "pre-shipment"?

      • Once a shipping label is created, it can take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear. After label creation, USPS is notified, and a carrier is sent to pick up packages. Depending on their workload, it may take 24-48 hours for them to pick up your package. Once picked up, your tracking will update with an estimated delivery date.
    6. My address is incorrect on my confirmation. Can it be changed?

      • If you notice a minor error in your shipping address (e.g., zip code, apartment number, house number), please email us, and we will update it. However, for fraud prevention, we cannot change the entire shipping address. Please ensure your address is accurate during the ordering process.
    7. How can I initiate a return?

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and address any concerns you may have.
    8. Do you ship internationally?

      • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the future.
